Call for Papers

Special Issue of
Mathematics and Computers in Simulation

The past IMACS MCM seminars have also resulted in excellent special issues of the Elsevier journal Mathematics and Computers in Simulation (Vol. 47, No. 2-5, and Vol. 55, No. 1-3). Participants of MCM2001 are invited to submit a paper based on their presentations for the special issue devoted to this years seminar.

Submission Procedure: Manuscripts are restricted to 10 pages, except of papers corresponding to invited talks which are restricted to 15 pages. Each participant should be author of one paper only, due to space restrictions! Exceptions to this rule are made under special circumstances only. Please send your correctly formatted (see below) papers to the address mcm2001@cosy.sbg.ac.at. Only .pdf or .ps files are accepted for submission! Deadline for submission is October, 26th, 2001 .

Important Notes: Articles should be prepared with LaTeX using Elsevier style. Stylefiles for correctly formatted papers an further description can be downloaded from the Elsevier Homepage

Users of LaTeX2e need only one style file: the class file elsart.cls. Users of LaTeX2.09 need two files: the main document style elsart.sty, and the file with the point-size related definitions elsart12.sty.
